Export phone book entries to a comma-separated values (CSV) formatted file You can export contact information from the phone book to a .CSV file. 1. You can export names from the phone book from the Fax Job or the Setup tab. ● Fax Job tab: Click the book icon and then click Edit Phone Book in the Add Recipients from Phone Book dialog box. ● Setup tab: Click Edit Phone Book. 2. In the Edit Phone Book dialog box, click Export... to open the File Save As dialog box. Type the path and file name of the exported .CSV file and then click OK. All currently saved phone book entries are written to the file. You can export contact information from the phone book to a .CSV file.

You can export names from the phone book from the
Fax Job
or the
Setup
tab.

tab: Click the book icon and then click
Edit Phone Book
in the
Add Recipients
from Phone Book
dialog box.

tab: Click
Edit Phone Book
.

In the
Edit Phone Book
dialog box, click
Export...
to open the
File Save As
dialog box. Type the
path and file name of the exported .CSV file and then click
OK
. All currently saved phone book
