Text messages (continued) Message There is not enough ink in the installed cartridges to complete the start-up routine. Replace indicated cartridges. Wrong file format. Out of memory. Scanner paper jam Scanner Dust detected Scanner Out of memory Recommendation A new printhead has been inserted without a new set of ink cartridges. Replace the cartridges not marked as new. See Replace an ink cartridge on page 96. The file format is incorrect or not supported. The printer cannot process the job, which will be discarded. See Printing on page 41. The printer cannot complete the job. Resend the job, selecting Send job as bitmap in the driver: go to the Advanced tab, then Document options > Printer features. Open scanner cover and clear the jam. Scanner cleaning is recommended. Scan at a lower resolution and / or Increase compression. See the User guide for more information.
