Wireless audio module connector board Description Wireless audio module connector board (includes cable) Spare part number 668837-001 Before removing the wireless audio module connector board, follow these steps: 1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system. 2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer. 3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer. 4. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 35). 5. Remove the service cover (see WLAN module on page 42). 6. Remove the top cover (see Top cover on page 47). Remove the wireless audio module connector board: 1. Release the ZIF connector to which the wireless audio module connector board cable is connected, and then disconnect the wireless audio module connector board cable (1) from the system board. 2. Remove the two Phillips PM2.0×2.8 screws (2) that secure the wireless audio module connector board to the base enclosure. 3. Remove the wireless audio module connector board (3). Before removing the wireless audio module connector board, follow these steps:
1.
Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3.
Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet
and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.

Remove the battery (see

5.
Remove the service cover (see

).
6.
Remove the top cover (see
Top cover
on page
47
).
Remove the wireless audio module connector board:
1.
Release the ZIF connector to which the wireless audio module connector board cable is connected,
and then disconnect the wireless audio module connector board cable
(1)
from the system board.
2.
Remove the two Phillips PM2.0×2.8 screws
(2)
that secure the wireless audio module
connector board to the base enclosure.
3.
Remove the wireless audio module connector board
(3)
.
Reverse this procedure to install the wireless audio module connector board and cable.
