B Installation instructions It explains installation instructions. Installation on the press To configure the inline SmartStacker's connectivity to the press, do the following at the press: 1. Shut down the press software. 2. Click the Press Configuration icon on the desktop. 3. In the next window that appears, select the Customer engineer user level, enter the password, and click OK. The Press Configuration Tool window appears. 4. In the Devices tab, do the following: a. In the Select the stacker configuration pane, select One stacker and inline finisher. b. In the Inline finisher configuration pane, select the Connected via finishing line controller (L2) radio button. c. In the IP address / Host name field, type the FLC IP address or host name. 5. Click Save. NOTE: It might take several minutes for the configuration changes to be saved. Installation on the FLC To configure the inline SmartStacker's connectivity to the press, do the following on the Horizon FLC: 1. Click the settings icon at the bottom right of the window. Installation on the press
To configure the inline SmartStacker’s connectivity to the press, do the following at the press:
1.
Shut down the press software.
2.
Click the
Press Configuration
icon on the desktop.
3.
In the next window that appears, select the
Customer engineer
user level, enter the password, and
click
OK
. The
Press Configuration Tool
window appears.
4.
In the
Devices
tab, do the following:
a.
In the
Select the stacker configuration
pane, select
One stacker and inline finisher
.
b.
In the
Inline finisher configuration
pane, select the
Connected via finishing line controller (L2)
radio button.
c.
In the
IP address / Host name
field, type the FLC IP address or host name.
5.
Click
Save
.
NOTE:
