For presses with an external IHH controller, use this wiring: 1 IHH J1 (W2221 to PDB J11) 4 IHH J4 (W2230 to MCN J5) 2 IHH J2 (W2227 to heater blower) 5 IHH J5 (W2228 to heater blower ) 3 IHH J3 (W2218 to PDB JH) 6 IHH ground cable 7. For presses with an external IHH: At the back of the PDB, locate connector JH, remove the existing cable W50, connect W2218 to the JH connector, and reconnect W50 to the additional head of W2218. 8. For presses with an external IHH: Connect cable W2221 to the IHH J1 connector (4 pin). For presses without an external IHH: Connect cable W3181 to the IHH J1 connector (4 pin). Route the cable up to the top of the PE wall, to the right, over the feed door, down the left corner of the PE rear, and through the channel at the base of the PE rear frame, to the PDB. For presses with an external IHH: Connect the other end of W2221 to J11 in the PDB. For presses without an external IHH: Connect the other end of W3181 to J11 in the PDB. For presses with an external IHH: If another system cable is connected to J11 in the PDB, disconnect it from J11, and reconnect to the short extension on cable W2221. For presses with an external IHH: If another system cable is connected to J11 in the PDB, disconnect it from J11, and reconnect to the short extension on cable W3181.
