6. For presses with external IHH controller: Connect cable W2217 to the 5 pin socket of W2232, in the Nautilair suction blower bracket. For presses without external IHH controller: Connect cable W3162 to the 5 pin socket of W2232, in the Nautilair suction blower bracket. 7. For presses with external IHH controller: Connect cable W34 to the extension connector that is on cable W2217. For presses without external IHH controller: Connect cable W34 to the extension connector that is on cable W3162. 8. For presses with external IHH controller: Route the other end of W2217 cable down to the bottom of the PE chassis, through the channel at the base of the PE door frame, and up to the PDB. For presses without external IHH controller: Route the other end of W3162 cable down to the bottom of the PE chassis, through the channel at the base of the PE door frame, and up to the PDB. 9. For presses with external IHH controller: Connect the 2 wire branch of the W2217 to J23 on the PDB. For presses without external IHH controller: Connect the 2 wire branch of the W3162 to J23 on the PDB. Wiring the IHH blower Follow these steps in wiring the IHH blower. 1. For presses with external IHH controller: At the feed side, connect the small Mollex connector from cable W2223 (is not labeled) to the connector on the front of the IHH blower body. For presses without external IHH controller: At the feed side, connect the small Mollex connector from cable W3162 (is not labeled) to the connector on the front of the IHH blower body. 1 Side connector - W2223 PWR 2 Front connector - W2223 2. For presses with external IHH controller: Connect the molex connector from cable W2223 to the connector located on the side of the IHH blower body. For presses without external IHH controller: Connect the molex connector from cable W3162 to the connector located on the side of the IHH blower body. Wiring the IHH blower 29
