IHH troubleshooting ● Verify that the circuit breaker is on. ● During printing, verify that the IHH temperature (PV value) reaches ≈ 70° C (the temperature warms up from around 60° C). NOTE: When the press stops printing, the temperature may go up temporarily. ● PV value = s.err - indicates a sensor error. The temperature sensor and/or wiring may be disconnected or broken. Check the wiring , and replace the heater or wiring cable W2228 if needed ● PV value = e111 - indicates an internal error. Replace the IHH controller unit. ● PV value = h.err - indicates an internal error. Replace the IHH controller unit. ● PV value does not reach 70, and SV value = 70 during Print (remaining around the press temperature) - check that the circuit breaker is on, and that cables from IHH controller to the heater are connected properly. ● SV value does not change during Print - indicates that there is no communication between the IHH controller and the system. ● Stop LED remains on, OUT1 LED is off during Print - indicates that there is no communication between the IHH controller and the system. ● CMW value = OFF - IHH controller was not loaded with the required parameters.
