The RR command includes an automatic pen down. After the command is executed, the original pen location and up/down status are restored. z X,Y Increments - Specify the corner of the rectangle that is diagonally opposite from the current pen location, which is the starting point of the rectangle. Coordinates are interpreted in current units: as user-units when scaling is on; as plotter units when scaling is off. The following illustration shows the current pen location in the lower-left corner and the command's X,Y increments in the upper-right corner.
