Page 19 highlights

The Keep Proportions option provides a way to keep the high and low water mark values at a preset percentage of the delay queue size for TCP and UDP outbound connection request. When Keep Proportions is not selected, the delay queue high and low water mark values can be changed. When Keep Proportions is selected, the delay queue high and low water mark values cannot be changed, and are automatically preset at 80% of the delay queue size for the high water mark and 50% of the delay queue size for the low water mark. 2. Click OK to save the settings. If you click Cancel and inconsistent settings needed to be changed, the following message appears. The
Keep Proportions
