4. Swing the front edge of the display back cover (4) up and back until the display back cover rests at a 90degree angle. 5. Disconnect the battery cable (1) from the system board. 6. Release the zero insertion force (ZIF) connector (2) to which the display panel cable is attached, and then disconnect the display panel cable from the system board. 7. Remove the display panel assembly (3). If it is necessary to replace the display panel cable: 1. Release the adhesive support strip (1) that secures the display panel cable connector to the display panel assembly. 2. Disconnect the display panel cable (2) from the display panel assembly.
