Using Application Recovery Note: Not all HP Pavilion PC models include the Application Recovery program. 1 Close all applications and folders. 2 Click Start on the taskbar, select All Programs, click hp tools, then click hp application recovery. 3 Follow the onscreen directions. 4 When you have finished restoring applications and/or drivers, close the Application Recovery program. Then click Start, click Turn Off Computer, and click Restart. Warning: Do not skip this last step! You must restart the computer when you are finished recovering applications or drivers.
