Solution: Use photo paper to make borderless copies. Errors If the HP All-in-One has an error, the lights on the device might flash, or an error message might appear on the display of the HP All-in-One or your computer screen. Solution: Turn the HP All-in-One off and open the print cartridge door to access the print carriage area. Remove any objects that are blocking the print carriage (including any packing materials), and then turn the HP All-in-One on again. Troubleshooting Follow the prompts on the display to continue. Carriage jam Cause: The print carriage is blocked. Errors 139
