3.2.7. PXE Client Start Switch on a PXE client (press F12 or any other key to boot on the LAN). After a while the following text should be displayed: "Press F8 to view Menu". Pressing F8 will display the list under the proxyDHCP server's Boot menu list. In this document, there is only one choice, choice0. Press enter to select this choice. After a while the PXE client will perform as if it had been booted on the floppy image used to build the PXE image (MyBoot.1 file in this document). DOS drive A: will behave as if the floppy, used to create the PXE image, was present in the floppy disk drive. Note that it is not possible to read a floppy diskette in drive A: or B: as the PXE floppy emulation has replaced it. 25
