These memory modules can either be 128MB or 256MB, and you can arrange the in any order (for example, one 128MB SDRAM in slot 1, one 256MB SDRAM in slot 2 and one 128MB SDRAM in slot 3). You can install a maximum of 768MB of memory in your workstation and a minimum of 128MB.
