Installing the SIMM Card CAUTION To prevent damage from electrostatic discharge, make sure you use a wrist strap and grounding mat to install the SIMM card. A wrist strap is included in with the PostScript emulation kit. To install the SIMM card: Step 1 Power off the printer. Step 2 Open the upper right cover and the ejection unit cover. Installing the SIMM Card
CAUTION
To prevent damage from electrostatic discharge, make sure you use a
wrist strap and grounding mat to install the SIMM card. A wrist strap is
included in with the PostScript emulation kit.
To install the SIMM card:
Step 1
Power off the printer.
Step 2
Open the upper right cover and the ejection unit cover.
