You can configure the user authentication and account track settings to restrict use of this machine. Specify user authentication when managing individual users, and specify account track when managing a group or multiple users. You can use a combination of user authentication and account track for management of each user for each department. You can use this function to assign the counter to both the department and user counters, and to aggregate the resulting values of both counters. Use the following flowchart to configure settings.
