Job User Login User Login provides job restriction by user, in contrast to the Job accounting feature, which assigns privileges by division or department. This feature appears in the Job tab when Use specific name is selected in Device Settings > Administrator > User Login. In the Job tab, you can change the name and password temporarily for your print job. This does not change the default name and password that were set in Device Settings. Printing with User Login 1 In the Job tab, under User Login, click Settings. 2 In the Identity Settings dialog box, type a name and password. 3 To restore the default values, click Reset. 4 Click OK in all dialog boxes. Job Accounting With this feature, an administrator can control of a printing system. With Job accounting, account IDs (identification numbers) can be assigned to users or departments.
