Preparations Entering Characters This section explains the procedure to enter characters such as for e-mail address, etc. The example here uses the List of Character Assignments on page 3-26 to enter the e-mail address ([email protected]). The displayed character will change each time a particular key is pressed, so you must press the X key or another key on the keypad in order to register each individual character. This operation is then repeated until all of the desired characters are entered. As the following procedure is an example for entering an e-mail address, you will need to access the Address Entry screen first. Refer to page 4-13 for the procedure to access the Address Entry screen. Address Entry: ABC Cancel Text 1 Press the f key 2 times. h is displayed.
