LaCie 2big Network User Manual 2.6. Disconnecting the 2big Network (Ethernet Connection) There are two ways to disconnect the Ethernet connection: ❖ Move the power switch to the off position. The system will shut down and power off. When the shutdown process is complete, you can safely remove the Ethernet cable. ❖ From the NAS administration page, click System > Maintenance > Shut down (Fig. 2.6). When the shutdown process is complete, you can safely remove the Ethernet cable. See section 3.7.5.4, Shut Down for more information. Setup page 22 Important Info: Any data transfers underway during a shut down will be interrupted and data may be lost. Setup
°ere are two ways to disconnect the Ethernet con-
nection:
