As OneSecure runs on a server computer logged on to the same domain with Active Directory server, you can import a user account or a group from those concurrently existing in Active Directory into NVR server. In this way, the user identification is processed by Active Directory centrally; there is no need for NVR administrator to maintain user accounts as long as they are under management of Active Directory service. User Groups You can specify access permissions to each device for a whole user group. This user grouping can save you significant amount of works if you have multiple users performing similar tasks and acting as similar roles. There are already two default User groups  Administrator: With full permissions in the NVR.  User: With the permissions to watch all camera live view and playback. You can create a new user group on NVR server or import an existing group from the Active Directory database within your domain. 1. Select , click "Add" and then choose the group type: Add a new user group: Insert ID, group Name and group Description, your input in the Name field will be the name of this User group. Click "Apply" to finish.  Import a domain group as a User group: Choose an existing user group from your domain, and click "Apply" to finish. 86
