Editing Still Images Editing Features Images can be easily edited with this camera using the functions below. Edited images are stored as separate files (E97). Editing function Quick effects (E15) Quick retouch (E16) D-Lighting (E16) Glamour retouch (E17) Small picture (E18) Crop (E19) Application Apply a variety of effects to images. Easily create a copy with enhanced contrast and richer colors. Create a copy of the current picture with enhanced brightness and contrast, brightening dark portions of the picture. Make facial skin tones softer and make faces look smaller with larger eyes. Create a small copy of pictures suitable for uses such as e-mail attachments. Crop a portion of the picture. Use to zoom in on a subject or arrange a composition. C Original Pictures and Edited Copies • Copies created with editing functions are not deleted if the original pictures are deleted. The original pictures are not deleted if copies created with editing functions are deleted. • Edited copies are stored with the same shooting date and time as the original. • Even if the pictures that are marked for Print order (E51) or Protect (E55) are used for editing, these settings are not reflected on the edited copies.
