CANCELLING A PRINT JOB You can cancel a print job from your software application, from the print queue or by using the STOP button on your printer. PRINTING STATE HOW TO CANCEL Document has not started printing Document is waiting in a print queue Document has started printing Try to cancel printing job within software application Delete print job from Print Queue. You can access the print queue from the System Tray in Windows or the Print Center Queue in Mac. Press the STOP button on your printer.
