Chapter 4 Operation - Menu settings [UB MODE] Selects the user bits mode. User bits information is recorded in the clip. [FRAME RATE] [USER] [TIME] [DATE] [TC] [CLIP NAME] (Factory setting: [USER]) Selects the image information (such as frame rate) of the camera. Selects the user bits set in [UB PRESET]. Selects the local time. (hh, mm, ss) Selects the local date and time. (YY, MM, DD, hh) Records the time code value as user bits. Records the value that CAM INDEX (one character) and CARD COUNT (3-digit number) both converted to ASCII character code. Only enabled when the [SYSTEM] menu → [FILE FORMAT] → [MOV] or [MP4] is set. [REC COUNTER] Sets operation of the counter for recording. [TOTAL] [CLIP] (Factory setting: [TOTAL]) The count continues cumulatively until either you press the USER button assigned to [RESET] or touch the USER button icon. Clears the counter value at the start of recording and counts the time for each recording. [TIME STAMP] Selects whether to superimpose the date and time on videos that are shot. The display for the year, month, and day follows the [DATE FORMAT] setting. [OFF] [DATE] [TIME] [DATE&TIME] (Factory setting: [OFF]) Does not superimpose the date and time. Superimposes only the date. Superimposes only the time. Superimposes the date and time. [NETWORK] menu Sets the setting regarding the network function. [DEVICE SEL] Select the device that connects external equipment (computer, etc.) to the unit. The unit may restart when the setting is changed. [WLAN] [OFF] (Factory setting: [OFF]) Connects via a wireless LAN. Does not connect. [NETWORK FUNC] Selects the network function of the unit. [STREAMING] [OFF] (Factory setting: [OFF]) Enables the streaming function. Does not use the network function. - 85 -
