Programmable Features 9.3 Fax features (KX-MB2030 only) Feature/Code Erasing all items stored for the one-touch dial and phonebook MBNM2NM8NM9N Printing a confirmation report MBNM4NM0NM1N Setting the journal report to print automatically MBNM4NM0NM2N Sending documents overseas MBNM4NM1NM1N Selection M0N "NO" (default) M1N "YES" R Disconnect the telephone line cord, USB cable and LAN cable before activating this feature. To erase all items: 1. MMenuN A MBNM2NM8NM9N 2. Press M1N to select "YES". A MSetN 3. Press M1N to select "YES". A MSetN A MMenuN M0N "OFF": Confirmation reports will not be printed. M1N "ON": A confirmation report will be printed after every fax transmission. M2N "ERROR" (default): A confirmation report will be printed only when fax transmission fails. M0N "OFF": The unit will not print a journal report, but will keep a record of the last 30 fax transmissions and receptions. M1N "ON" (default): The unit will print a journal report automatically after every 30 new fax transmissions and receptions (page 41). If you cannot send a fax overseas even if the number is correct and the line is connected, activate this feature before sending the fax. This feature improves the reliability by reducing the transmission speed. M0N "OFF": Deactivates this feature. M1N "NEXT FAX": This setting is effective only for the next attempted fax transmission. After transmission, the unit will return to the previous setting. M2N "ERROR" (default): When the previous fax transmission fails and you wish to re-send the document. Note: R This feature is not available for broadcast transmission. R Calling charges may be higher than usual. 59
