Deleting Voice Memos Only If an image has a voice memo, you can delete the voice memo without deleting the image. 1 Enter the Playback mode and use the four-way controller (45) to choose an image with a voice memo to delete. 2 Press the i button. The Delete screen appears. 3 Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Sound Delete]. 100- 0017 4 Press the 4 button. The voice memo is deleted. Sound Delete Delete Cancel 5 All images & sounds OK OK Select [Delete] in Step 3 above to delete both the image and the voice memo. Playing Back and Deleting Images Setting the Quick Delete Function When the Quick Delete function is set to O(On), the Delete screen appears with [Delete] already highlighted. 1 Press the 3 button in Playback mode. The [Q Playback] menu appears. 2 Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Quick Delete]. 3 Use the four-way controller (45) to select O (On) or P (Off). 4 Press the Q button. The camera is ready to play back images. Refer to Step 6 of "How to Use the Menus" (p.43) for other operations after the setting has been made. 128
