PORTABLE DVD PLAYER Cautions on handling separately sold optical fiber cables • Do not bend at strong angles. When storing, coil the cable with a diameter of at least 15 cm. • When connecting, insert fully to the hilt. Use a cable no more than 3 meters in length. • If the plug is scratched or dusty, wipe it off with a soft cloth before connecting the cable. Condensation Water droplets or condensation may form inside the player (on operating parts or the lens) if it is moved from a cold place (in winter, for example) into a warm room or if the room in which it is located is heated abruptly. The player will not operate normally and will not play discs if there is condensation inside. To eliminate the condensation and restore the player to normal operation, let the player stand for 1 to 2 hours (depending on the extent of the condensation) at room temperature with the power turned on. Condensation may also form if the player is exposed to the cold wind of an air conditioner in the summer. If so, move the player to a different place. 15 cm or greater ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 122 En
