Switching the still frame mode Use this function to stop the picture from shaking and achieve a clearer picture when the DVD is set to the pause mode. Press the SETUP button to display the setup screen, then operate as described under "Making settings using the setup screen" on pages 60 and 61. Switch the setup screen to the expert mode before making this setting. Press the
play/pause
button
during playback.
Operation from the remote control unit

PAUSE
button during
playback.
Use this function to stop the picture from shaking and achieve a clearer picture
when the DVD is set to the pause mode.
Press the
SETUP
button to display the
setup screen,
then operate as described under “Making settings using the
setup screen” on pages 60 and 61
.
Switch the setup screen to the expert
mode before
making this setting.

In this mode, shakiness of still
pictures is eliminated.

Frame:
This is the normal mode.

Auto:
The mode automatically
