7. Maintaining the Printer Replacing the Fusing Unit and Dustproof Filters Refer to the maintenance guide provided with the new items for the replacement procedure of the fusing unit and dustproof filters. • The inside of the machine could be very hot. Do not touch the parts with a label indicating the "hot surface". Otherwise, an injury might occur. • Wait at least one hour after power off before replacing parts. Not allowing the printer to cool may result in burns. • Replace the fusing unit and dustproof filters together. Fusing Unit 7 BYK133 Dustproof Filters BYK134 Replace the fusing unit and dustproof filters if the following message appears on the display: "Replcmnt Rqrd:Fusing Unit" Replcmnt Rqrd:Fusing Unit 174
