Preparing ENGLISH I ÷ The first charging after purchase of the battery pack. ÷ When you charge a battery pack which has not been fully discharged. ÷ When the battery pack is not used for a long period of time. When this occurs, the REFRESH (discharge) function should be used to increase the capacity of the battery pack. The REFRESH (discharge) function is designed to help the battery pack last longer by discharging it completely before it is recharged. 1.Connect the AC power adaptor to a wall socket. Attach the batterypack to the AC power adaptor. - The CHARGE/REFRESH indicator flashes red. 2.Press the REFRESH button. - The CHARGE/REFRESH indicator flashes green. - Refreshing (discharging) time is different, depending on how much power remains in the battery pack. -After refreshing (discharging) the battery pack, the charge funcbon starts automatically. - When you wish to stop discharging, remove the battery pack from the AC power adaptor and attach it again to AC power adaptor. The charge function starts when the CHARGE/REFRESH indicator flashes red. The recording time is affected by environmental temperatures and conditions.
