Memory status 1. In Idle mode, press the Menu soft key to access Menu mode. 2. Using the Navigation keys, scroll to the Settings icon. Press the Select soft key or the key to enter the Settings menu. 3. Using the Navigation keys, highlight the Software update option and press the Select soft key or the key. 4. Follow the on-screen instructions. Memory status You can check the amount used or available memory for Shared memory, Messages, Files, Calendar, Tasks, Phonebook, Games, and Memory card. The screen displays the total amount of used and free space. You can view the space occupied by each message box. You can also view how many names and numbers are stored in Phonebook, as well as the SIM card and phone memory. The capacity of both memories also displays. Reset settings From this menu you can reset your phone and sound settings to the default settings. Note: Resetting your phone only affects information and settings stored on your phone and not on your microSD card. Music, Photos, and Contacts stored on your memory card will not be deleted. The following options are available: • All: Phone, Display, and Sound settings are returned to default values. • Phone settings: only phone settings are returned to default values. • Display settings: only display settings are returned to default values. • Sound settings: only sound settings are returned to default values. Changing Your Settings

Memory status
1.
In Idle mode, press the
Menu
soft key to access Menu mode.

Using the Navigation keys, scroll to the
Settings
icon. Press the

Using the Navigation keys, highlight the
Software update
option and press

soft key or the
key.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
Memory status
You can check the amount used or available memory for Shared memory, Messages,

Reset settings

Note:
