CHAPTER 8. TROUBLESHOOTING 8. THE TOUCH POSITION IS SHIFTED Is the OS Windows7? No Yes Use "Tablet PC Adjustment" on the control panel to calibrate. Has "TSCU" been booted? No Yes Use "TSCU" to calibrate. Boot "TSCU" and perform calibration. 9. THE TOUCH POSITION IS SHIFTED EVEN AFTER CALIBRATION Yes Is the unit installed in a place that is exposed to direct sunlight? No Yes Is the screen exposed to a strong illumination light? No Yes Is there any foreign material on the LCD surface? No Is there any foreign material or dirt on the reflection Yes tape? No Is there any foreign material or dirt on the camera Yes module section? No Replace the touch panel (protection glass with the camera, control PWB). Change the installation site or installing direction. Change the position of the illumination light or the direction of the set. Remove. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Remove with air blower. MEMO n The PN-T322B must not installed to a place which is exposed to direct sunlight or strong light. Since this unit is a touch panel using infrared light, it may malfunction.
