Basic Operations Enjoying the Radio or Other Components X/x/c ENTER FUNCTION AMP MENU 1 Press FUNCTION repeatedly until "TV/ VCR" or "AUDIO" appears in the front panel display. 2 Press AMP MENU. 3 Press X/x repeatedly until "ATTENUATE" appears in the front panel display, then press ENTER or c. 4 Press X/x to select a setting. • ATT ON: attenuates the input level. The output level is changed. • ATT OFF: normal input level. 5 Press ENTER. The setting is reflected. 6 Press AMP MENU. The AMP menu turns off. Selecting the connected
component
You can use a VCR or other components
connected to the TV/VCR jacks on the rear
panel. Refer to the operation manual supplied
with the components for further information on
the operation.
Press FUNCTION repeatedly until “TV/
VCR” appears in the front panel display.
Each time you press FUNCTION, the mode of
the system changes in the following sequence.

Changing the input level of
the sound from connected
components
Distortion may occur when listening to a
component connected to the TV/VCR jacks on
the rear of the unit or to the AUDIO IN jack on
the front panel. This is not a malfunction and
will depend on the component connected.
To prevent this, you can change the input level
from the sound of the other components.
