Water has penetrated the headphones from the gap between your ears and the headphones ( ). The earbuds may not fit your ears securely. Select earbuds with the appropriate size for each ear. Water has penetrated and accumulated inside the headphones ( ). If you are using the standard-type earbuds, switch them to Swimming Earbuds. How to remove the water if the sound becomes muffled If the sound becomes muffled, remove the water as follows. Remove the water from your ears. Remove the water from the headphones. Remove the earbuds from the headphones. Then, pat the headphones lightly 5 to 10 times against a dry cloth. 32
