Help Guide Digital Music Player NW-WS623/WS625 Changing the playback mode (Repeat/Shuffle) You can select a playback mode from the following. The Walkman plays tracks in the normal playback mode as a default. You cannot change the playback mode during playback in the Headphone mode. Normal playback Repeat playback Shuffle playback Shuffle All playback One Track Repeat playback Repeat playback The Walkman plays tracks repeatedly. You can change the playback range. 1. Press the button ( ) repeatedly until you hear [Repeat Play]. Each time you press the button ( ), you will hear the voice guidance and the playback mode will change in the following order. [Normal Play] - [Repeat Play] - [Shuffle Play] - [Shuffle All] - [Normal Play]... To switch to the next playback mode, wait until the voice guidance ends. Hint To play the current track repeatedly, double-click the button ( ) during playback. The playback range is set to [Folder Mode] as a default. To play tracks by album repeatedly, set the playback range to [Album Mode]. If you want to play all tracks repeatedly, set the playback range to [Folder Mode] and select [Normal Play] as the playback mode. Shuffle playback The Walkman plays tracks in a selected playback unit in random order. You can change the playback range. 1. Press the button ( ) repeatedly until you hear [Shuffle Play]. 61
