n 159 N Troubleshooting Why can't I hear sound from my speakers? ❑ If you are using a program that has its own volume control, make sure the volume control is properly set. See that program's help guide for more information. ❑ Your speakers may be set to mute, the volume setting may be too low, or the audio option may be disabled. ❑ The speaker volume may have been turned off. Press the Mute button on the keyboard. ❑ The keyboard also has a volume control, make sure the volume is turned up loud enough to hear sound. ❑ Check the volume controls in Windows. 1 Click Start and then Control Panel. 2 Click Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices. 3 Select the Sound Reality item and change the settings.
