TO CHECK THE START/END TIME 3 Auto Return will begin 1) Press POWER button so that the REC indicator goes off. 2) Press MENU button on the remote control. 3) Press MENU button to point to "TIMER PROGRAMMING". 4) Select a program number you want to check using number button. The details of selected program appears on the TV screen. 5) Press MENU button. The TV screen returns to the TV mode. When all the timer recordings are completed, the TV/VCR will rewind to the beginning of the recorded program(s). NOTES: • If you press POWER button during rewinding a tape, the Auto Return will be stopped. • The Counter Memory function does not be done in this mode. 4 Watch the recorded program Press PLAY button. HINTS: • Make sure the channel you want to record is properly set in advance. • It is not necessary to press RECORD button for timer recording. • Recording begins automatically at the set of the Start time. • If you are recording using a Timer mode, you may not operate the unit manually. • The erase-prevention tab on the cassette must be in place (or you must put tape over the hole). • If the erasure protection tab is removed, the cassette will be ejected when the POWER button is pressed to off. • If the tape runs out before the end time, the TVIVCR will switch to the Stop mode immediately, and the tape will be ejected. SLEEP TIMER The Sleep Timer function make the TV/VCR turn off without using the POWER button after a desired time period. Press SLEEP button on the remote control repeatedly until your desired sleep time is appeared. Each additional push will increase the recording time by 30 minutes. It is set up to 120 minutes.
