tan( ) tan(Value1) ⇒ value tan(List1) ⇒ list In Degree angle mode: tan(Value1) returns the tangent of the argument. tan(List1) returns a list of the tangents of all elements in List1. Note: The argument is interpreted as a degree, gradian or radian angle, according to the current angle mode. You can use ó, G orôto override the angle mode setting temporarily. In Gradian angle mode: o key In Radian angle mode: tan(squareMatrix1) ⇒ squareMatrix In Radian angle mode: Returns the matrix tangent of squareMatrix1. This is not the same as calculating the tangent of each element. For information about the calculation method, refer to cos(). squareMatrix1 must be diagonalizable. The result always contains floating-point numbers. tanê( ) tanê(Value1) ⇒ value tanê(List1) ⇒ list In Degree angle mode: tanê(Value1) returns the angle whose tangent is Value1. tanê(List1) returns a list of the inverse tangents of each element of In Gradian angle mode: List1.
