The Combi Steam/Convect™ Oven offers a unique combination of the healthiest cooking methods, all in one versatile appliance: Steam Convection, Steam, Convection or Microwave. Steam Convection is a combination of two types of cooking: heated steam and convection heat. Viking uses stateof-the-art technology to heat steam.
