166 Chapter 9-Component Guide Part II Filter There are four components in the Filter group: HPF (high-pass filter), LPF (low-pass filter), BPF (band-pass filter), and NOTCH (notch filter). HPF An HPF (high-pass filter) attenuates signals below the specified frequency while allowing signals above that frequency to pass through unaffected. The HPF component features one input and one output. The HPF control window features INPUT, filter, and OUTPUT sections. The HPF component parameters are explained in the following table.
