See page 31 for tuning instructions. 2 Press MEMORY (MAN'L/AUTO FM). The "MEMORY" indicator flashes for about 5 seconds. MEMORY MAN'L/AUTO FM MEMORY Flashes 3 Press A/B/C/D/E repeatedly to select a preset station group (A to E) while the "MEMORY" indicator is flashing. The group letter appears and make sure that the colon (:) appears on the front panel display next to the band indication. A/B/C/D/E VIRTUAL DIGITAL PRO LOGIC DSP 6.1/ES SP PCM AB DTS MOVIE THEATER 1 2 DOLBY DIGITAL PRO LOGIC ENTERTAINM 4 Press PRESET/TUNING l / h to select a preset station number (1 to 8) while the "MEMORY" indicator is flashing. Press h to select a higher PRESET/ TUNING preset station number. Press l to select a lower preset station number. TUNING 5 Press MEMORY (MAN'L/AUTO FM) while the "MEMORY" indicator is flashing. The station band and frequency appear on the front MEMORY panel display with the preset MAN'L/AUTO FM group and number you have selected. Notes • Any stored station data existing under a preset number is cleared when you store a new station under that preset number. • The reception mode (stereo or monaural) is stored along with the station frequency. Tuning in to a Preset Station You can tune any desired station simply by selecting the preset station number under which it was stored. You can also tune a preset station with the remote control. Press TUNER to select TUNER as the input source.
