REMOTE CONTROL FEATURES REMOTE CONTROL FEATURES In addition to controlling this unit, the remote control can also operate other audiovisual components made by YAMAHA and other manufacturers. To control your TV or other components, you must set up the appropriate remote control code for each input source (see page 120). Controlling this unit, a TV, or other components ■ Controlling this unit Set the operation mode selector to AMP to control this unit (see page 8). ■ Controlling a TV Set the operation mode selector to TV to control your TV. To control your TV, you must set the appropriate remote control code for DTV or PHONO (see page 120). When you set the remote control codes for both DTV and PHONO, priority is given to the one set for DTV. TV VOL +/- Increases or decreases the volume level. TV MUTE Mutes the audio output.
