The proper fluids and lubricants to use are listed in Section D. Make sure whoever services your vehicle uses these. SERVICE 1 2 Engine Oil and Filter Change-Always use SG Energy ConservingI oils of proper viscosity. The I " S G ' designation may be shown alone or in combination with others, suchas "SG/CC," "SG/CD" or "SF, SG, CC," etc. To determine the preferred viscosity for your vehicle's engine (e.g., S A E 5W-30 or SAE 10W-30), see the Index under Engine Oil. If your vehicle is equipped with an Engine Oil-Change Indicator (EOCI) the indicator will show you when to change the S e e the oil. I d e x under Driver Infomation System. Chassis Lubrication-Lubricatethetransaxle shift linkage, parking brake cable guides, underbody contact points and linkage. Lubricate the front and rear suspension and steering linkage. 3 4 Throttle Body Mounting Bolt Torque-Check the torqueof the mounting bolts and/or nuts. Tire and Wheel Inspection and Rotation-For proper wear and maximum tire life, rotate your tires following the instructions in this manual. See the Index under Eres, Inspection & Rotation.
