Cruise Control (If Equipped) When you apply your brakes push the clutch pedal or (if you have a manual transaxle), the cruise control shuts off. A CAUTION: Cruise control can be dangerous whereyou can't drive safely a steady speed. So, at don't use your cruise control on winding roads or in heavy traffic. Cruise control can be dangerous on slippery roads. On such roads, changes fast in tire traction can cause needless wheel spinning, andyou could lose control. Don't use cruise control on slippery roads. With cruise control, you can maintain a speedabout of 25 mph (40 h hor more without keeping your foot on / ) the accelerator. This can really help on long trips. Cruise control does not work at speeds below about mph 25 (40 km/h). 2-39
