Air Conditioning A/C: Use for normal cooling on hot days. This setting cools outside air and directs it through the upper air vents. The air conditioner compressor operates MAX, NC, in bi-level, blend and defrost when the outside temperature is above freezing. When the air conditioner is on, you may sometimes notice slight changesin your vehicle's engine speed and power. This is normal because the system is designed to cyclethe compressor on andf to keep the of desired cooling and help fuel economy. Cooling The a r conditioner works best you keep your i if windows closed. On very days, open the windows hot just long enough for the hot air to escape. The a r conditioning system uses the same controls i as the heating system, except that the air control knob has two extra settings, described below. MAX: Provides maximum cooling or quick cool-down on very hot days.
