The Select tool can be used for both text segments and design segments; however, to do more detailed editing of text segments, such as resizing, stretching, or rotating, you will want to select them with the appropriate text tool. For more information on editing with these tools, see the corresponding sections for each tool under "Creating Lettering". To select one segment in the design: 1 2 From the Home tab, click the Select tool. Click the design component you want to select. The active segment is enclosed in a selection box.
