Playing Back Movies and Viewing Photos - Do not change the operating mode - do not press the button or button. • You may not be able to play back with another device the movies you recorded on the memory card with this camcorder. In such case, play back the movies on the memory card using this camcorder. • You may not be able to play back with this camcorder movies recorded using another device. • When viewing photos, the following images may not be displayed correctly. - Images that were not recorded with this camcorder. - Images edited on or uploaded from a computer. - Images whose file names have been changed. NOTES • When playing back movies, depending on the recording conditions, you may notice brief stops in video or sound playback between scenes. • The camcorder offers other advanced ways to locate and play back your movies. For example, you can select scenes by recording date (from a list or from a calendar), determine the starting point when playing back long scenes or play back a video clip (complete with background music) made up from video snapshot scenes. See Searching for Scenes ( 49) and subsequent pages for details. • You can also play back a slideshow of your photos (complete with background music). See Slideshow ( 93) for details. Adjusting the Volume During the playback of a scene, select ( ) the (volume) icon and adjust ( ) the volume as necessary.
