Shut down the Windows operating system by selecting the Start menu from the taskbar, then select the Turn Off Computer icon, and the Turn Off button. ✎ Note If the notebook does not turn off automatically, press and hold the Power ª button until the notebook shuts down. Turning Off Your Notebook PC
To shut down your notebook properly:
1. Close all open programs.
2. Shut down the Windows operating system by selecting the
