Remove the six rubber pads that cover the screws securing the display bezel to the display assembly. 4. Remove the five screws and loosen the captive screw on the display bezel. 5. Using your fingertips, carefully pry up the inside edge of the display bezel. 6. Align the display bezel over the display assembly, and gently snap into place. 3. Replace the five screws and tighten the captive screw on the display bezel. 4. Replace the six rubber pads to cover the screws securing the display bezel to the display assembly. 5. Replace the display assembly (see Replacing the Display Assembly). CAUTION: Before turning on the computer, replace all screws and ensure that no stray screws remain inside the computer. Failure to do so may result in damage to the computer. Display Panel Removing the Display Panel 1. Follow the procedures in Before You Begin. 2. Remove the display assembly (see Removing the Display Assembly). 3. Remove the display bezel (see Removing the Display Bezel). 4. Remove the two screws that secure the display panel to the display cover. 5. Remove the display panel.

Remove the six rubber pads that cover the screws securing the display bezel to the display assembly.
4.
Remove the five screws and loosen the captive screw on the display bezel.
5.
Using your fingertips, carefully pry up the inside edge of the display bezel.
6.
Remove the display bezel.

Align the display bezel over the display assembly, and gently snap into place.
3.
Replace the five screws and tighten the captive screw on the display bezel.
4.
Replace the six rubber pads to cover the screws securing the display bezel to the display assembly.
