• Ensure that the scanner cables are securely connected to the scanner and the computer. VERIFY THAT THE SCANNER IS RECOGNIZED BY MICROSOFT WINDOWS - Click Start → Control Panel→ Hardware and Sound→ Scanners and Cameras. If your scanner is listed, Windows recognizes the scanner.
