Creating Frames When you first prescan your document, SilverFast Lite places a default frame (the dotted line) around the border of the entire scan area. If the Original setting is set to Reflective, the scan area is the entire document table (8.5 × 11.7 inches). If you select Transparency or Neg. Transparency, the entire scan area is 4 × 5. If you selected Spectra Polaroid, the maximum scan area is 4 × 3.5 inches. If you selected 600 Polaroid, the maximum scan area is 3.5 × 3.5 inches.
